The exit John Kiriakou prescribed for Israel in Gaza: turn the territory back to the United Nations, declare Hamas destroyed, declare victory, then engage the Saudis on the Abraham Accords and negotiate a deal later. His reasoning was that nothing remained to destroy, that killing as many people as possible is not a viable policy, and that Israel had no other way out.
