Chaos Computer Club Wikileaks

The Chaos Computer Club, a group of hackers from Berlin, played an important role in the history of WikiLeaks. They were involved in the early stages of the organization. ^[1] On the same 2026 Berlin panel that included John Kiriakou, it was through the Chaos Computer Club that a journalist recounted meeting early WikiLeaks associate Daniel Domscheit-Berg, then introduced under the pseudonym “Daniel Schmitt.”^[2]
