Lynn Buchanan is described by John Kiriakou as having signed non-disclosure agreements with the NSA and CIA, along with others, in connection with remote-viewing projects.[1]
Kiriakou identifies Buchanan and Paul H. Smith as Fort Meade-trained Army intelligence veterans who worked on the operational remote-viewing program under strict scientific protocols, with General Albert Stubblebine serving as a direct overseer. Kiriakou contrasts them with “television psychics,” describing them instead as primary sources with documented operational and military records who signed non-disclosure agreements with the NSA.[2]
