The Giuliani–Epstein emails are a body of correspondence John Kiriakou described in November 2025, prefacing the account with a formal announcement: “I’m gonna I’m gonna break a little news right now.”[1]
The source
He had spoken the previous day with a woman who used to be the chief of business development for Giuliani Partners, and who is suing Rudy Giuliani for sexual assault.[1]
The material
What she told him is that she has thousands of pages of documents which are emails between Giuliani and Jeffrey Epstein, and that she is waiting.[2]
The waiting is not for want of trying. She has offered the material to different news organisations and to the investigating committees on Capitol Hill. In Kiriakou’s summary of her account: “Nobody cares. And so she still has them.”[2]
The further claims
She also told him that there is another British prince besides Prince Andrew who is implicated and who was at the island, and that there are other former heads of state whose names have not been made public.[2][3]
Kiriakou had already established that the presence of foreign names was not itself news: it has been known for a very long time that the former Israeli prime minister Ehud Barak was a regular visitor to the island, and the release the day before had shown that Barak’s chief of staff was another regular, with some evidence of money changing hands.[4]
Credibility
Rall asked the question directly, and offered him an exit from it: did he find her credible? Kiriakou did not take the exit, but he answered with precision rather than endorsement.[3]
“I I find her credible in that I believe at least I believe that she believes the information is is correct.”[3][5] He added that she is very difficult to get along with and very tough to carry on a conversation with, and attributed that to trauma — in his phrase, “crippling PTSD.”[5]
The distinction he draws — between a source’s honesty and the accuracy of what they hold — is one he applies elsewhere to documents he has not himself examined.
