Peter Thiel is a U.S. venture capitalist and a co-founder of Palantir Technologies, the company that received its first seed funding from the Central Intelligence Agency’s In-Q-Tel venture-capital arm and that now operates as one of the largest U.S. national-security contractors.[1]
